As a licensed Texas Certified Public Accountant, Texas Real Estate Broker and Property Tax Consultant, Mr. Faulkner has the skills necessary to successfully negotiate the lowest possible values. In his capacity as a property tax consultant, Paul presently is responsible for the administration of over $1,000,000,000 in property. His expertise lies in the valuation negotiations of real estate as well as personal property.
