Accessing your important property tax information online is as easy as 1-2-3 with our online service!

Step 1. First, let us know you would like to take advantage of the value-added services Advaloremtax.net offers, including aggressive assessment reductions and E-Tax Reporting by retaining Advaloremtax.net as your tax agent. You can call us at (281) 474-2300 or simply fill out an online request and we will be happy to contact you.

Step 2. Provide Advaloremtax.net the information on your real estate portfolio, including: property name, type, address,acreage, tax account number, etc. We will enter all your client-provided information and information obtained from the county appraisal district into Advaloremtax.net's database. Then, we'll assign your username and password. (Username and password is sent via e-mail to client contact. Client determines who they want to give access rights to within thier organization and provides them with username and password. Upon request, Advaloremtax.net can change the
password for security purposes.)

Step 3. Once you have received your username and password, you'll have total access, 24-hours a day to your tax information when you login to E-Tax Reporting. A listing of the properties will appear and you will have the option of selecting which property report you would like to view and print.

That's it! As your portfolio changes, Advaloremtax.net will update additions and deletions in the database. E-Tax Reporting is updated daily to reflect the latest known
assessment information, including notices of appraised values, informal/ARB hearing results, tax rates, etc.
